The Emerging Lecturer Awards

The Emerging Lecturer Awards offer early career dentists the opportunity to showcase their research and lecturing ability at The Fine Edge of Dentistry.

Applications for the 2026 awards have now closed, and shortlisted applicants will present their lectures between 11am – 1pm on Saturday, 19 September 2026. 

There will be two awards offered:
RACDS Foundation Excellence in Research Award – $2,500
RACDS Outstanding Presentation Award – $2,500

The award winner/s will be announced at the end of the Conference.

This year, the Emerging Lecturing Awards will be hosted by Dr Zanab Malik (SND) and Dr Danyon Graham (OMS Trainee), the recipient of the Emerging Lecturer Awards RACDS Foundation Excellence in Research Award at The Fine Edge of Dentistry Conference 2024!
